If I was obsurdly rich, I'd create a company that R&Ds how to build cheap, sustainable homes as quickly as possible. Prefab construction, 3D printing, the works! Then offer it up to the Canadian Government as a Crown Corporation. If Canada wants to solve housing, we need to decommodify it.

I will say that although there's merit in not reinventing the wheel. The wheel became a lot better when we added ball bearings to them.
