Had a bunch of leftover ham from last week so decided to make a ham & potato frittata for supper

Saw these dog training leads once and thought it was a great little idea. They have others for “friendly”, “training”, “reactive”, etc

I came to the realization that they should make these for people too, when they’re out shopping :)

Can barely make out the edge of the brisket but we’re all done for today. The chili base got a LOT of smoke so it’ll be interesting to see how pronounced it is

Tomorrow we load it up with veggies and roast it in the oven until they’re tender.

It started out as short rib soup but we pivoted a bit and went with a miso broth and udon noodles.

A good handful of bean sprouts on the bottom of the bowl rounds it out nicely

Another Sunday, another clean of the coffee bar. Nothing more satisfying than a freshly cleaned work area.

Ran detergent thru the Lelit and then wiped down and dusted everything else.

We’re ready for another week of espresso!
