Being in the 130s (kg) on deadlift in October means I’m probably going to have to make a decision sooner rather than later if I’m going to make a run at a new PR (150) this winter

Saw these dog training leads once and thought it was a great little idea. They have others for “friendly”, “training”, “reactive”, etc
I came to the realization that they should make these for people too, when they’re out shopping :)

Can barely make out the edge of the brisket but we’re all done for today. The chili base got a LOT of smoke so it’ll be interesting to see how pronounced it is
Tomorrow we load it up with veggies and roast it in the oven until they’re tender.

I mean not entirely accurate given I'm more than familiar with both (more so if you swap out the machine weights for an actual barbell) but I still snort laughed
