What is deeply disturbing is that people fresh out of uni at the beginning of what was once thought of as a vocation can even conceive of behaving in this way. With this level of contempt for patients they can’t be surprised if the public has contempt for them

Also note that NHS stats like A&E and Ambulance waits are lower than same time 3 years ago, even with earlier flu wave.

Being European is a great source of pride for me. Europe has a fantastic mix of cultures and a breathtaking geography. We have a history that beats anything else in the world. From Iceland in the north west to Mariupol in the south east we are all Europeans, and we shall defend our great continent.
