I think this is probably a really stupid question so feel free to just ignore it but what actually is the umpact of winter floods on fields? Again, probably showing my ignorance but it doesnt look like ceops so presumably it harms the pasture which impacts you later in the year?

Ours is basically held together by complaining about the kids while they are awake/around and then looking at/sharing cute photos of them once we've finally got them all to sleep.

Yeah, my problem with loading bays is less when they get used for loading and more that people just park in them and it's nigh on impossible to enforce short stays.
