Postkarten und Briefe an politische Gefangene in 🇷🇺 sind wichtig, müssen aber auf Russisch sein (deepl und Google Translate nutzen und stets den Gegencheck machen und auch zurückübersetzen) und sollten nichts enthalten, was den Adressat:innen Probleme bereiten könnte. Vielen Dank für den Bericht. Yulia Koveshnikovas Namen hatte ich bei der Suche auf dieser Karte von Straflagern in Russischen Föderation vor einigen Wochen entdeckt und mir angesichts der Verurteilung wegen "Spionage" gedacht, dass es eine verschleppte Ukrainerin sein könnte. 1/5

No. But article 7 allows for the suspension of a member states rights if it seriously and repeatedly violates the principles on which the EU is founded. The article 7(1) procedure was triggered in September 2018 by the European Parliament against Hungary.

Um sich die Entlastungsleistung von der Pflegekasse erstatten zu lassen, muss das genutzte Angebot nach dem jeweiligen Landesrecht anerkannt sein. Daher kommt man mit dem Entlastungsbetrag in Höhe von 131 Euro leider nicht sehr weit.
