Alright so we've got a choice of Off / Warn / Hide for the rude label specifically. Hide just straight up hides the post. Warn will block it so you need to click through. Off will show the post BUT does not show you that it was labelled as rude, which seems odd.

Not sure what to make of Bluesky's 'Rude' moderation stuff - is this automated or has someone flagged the post as rude? Because .. I disagree?
