This is a great point. I was thinking about asking how to factor in things like "solar panels on my house are only good for 25 years" but I imagine a good % of common solar panels are recyclable, so we're not just making brand new panels from scratch every quarter century.

I remember you doing pretty much this in one of your earlier videos (I forget which one - was it the Power vs Energy video?) and thinking .. yeah, when it's said that directly, it makes it really pretty obvious!

Hi everyone who inadvertently blocked me because Trombone Karl is a lying bastard, good to see y'all!

For now, I've disabled 'Hide' on all moderation settings except two and reduced them to Warn.
Looks like some weaponised reporting has been going on and sadly the default advanced moderation settings meant some bad actors were able to hide perfectly fine people from my timeline.

I would therefore like the option to override bsky's moderation labelling on an account by account basis. I don't think I see an option to do that.

Ahh I am slow today .. their whole account is tagged as rude so EVERY post will be getting the warning, not just the post in particular.

Alright so we've got a choice of Off / Warn / Hide for the rude label specifically. Hide just straight up hides the post. Warn will block it so you need to click through. Off will show the post BUT does not show you that it was labelled as rude, which seems odd.
