I can appreciate this so much. My last appointment with my psych was in November, when I got put on new meds. I asked if I could have a check-up in December to see how I was progressing, and was told no, he'd have to cancel his vacation for that. So I asked when the earliest I could see him.

Cliff jumping with friends when I was a teen. Jumped off a 40ft cliff into the water of an old quarry. First two jumps were fun, but I didn't get my right arm next to my side on the third jump, and hyper-extended it when I hit the water and it whipped up. Then I had to climb back up the cliff 😅
