Last year was hard. One of the hardest I've weathered yet. I had my heart broken in ways that I didn't know it could break, and I'm still learning to recover from it, but it happened because I led with love and refused to let my heart be hardened by the hurt. Adopting Thunder was the best part, tho💖

I frequently lose the capacity for language when exposed to a creature as round and soft as Thunder is, but I'm more surprised that I'm able to regain it, being around a floof as mind-meltingly cute as she is 😍

Been replaying the Metroid Prime Trilogy for Wii and... I think I might just not like Metroid games anymore. So many things just AREN'T fun about them to me anymore. Yes, they're 15-20 year old games, and virtually no game will hold up as well as they did through Nostalgia-vision, but this feels bad
