They were still working on the Cortland bridge when I walked home at 5pm. Smelled like paint. North sidewalk remains open while the bridge is closed to vehicles. Cortland sidewalk is snowy/icy, unlikely to be maintained like the street itself (but that’s another story) #PlowTheSidewalks
