Absolutely staggering

All was going swimmingly with Octopus Energy until we had smart meters installed in August.
No successful electricity reading (hence, no bill) since then.
Engineer coming in new year apparently.

I’m not sure they were badly filmed. They were just cut together far too quickly so you couldn’t take in or appreciate what was happening

One can only hope they get their comeuppance eventually.
