I’ll have to give it a whirl.
I have no idea what inherent instinct compels a need to reply, but it’s there. Makes me think some ancestors from a few hundred thousand years ago had twitter chiseled into stone that they threw it at each other.

Pardon needs reform! I’m hoping the abuse of the power could lead to a constitutional amendment to change it, but not eliminate it. It’s needed, but not by just one person.
