And I know it get old hearing the same again, but we in the military heard it often and more:
You must refuse unlawful orders!
Your oath is to the constitution first and foremost, and then to the President and officer appointed over you, according to the UMCJ.

Actually I have a serious question; since the a Supreme Court has bestowed the princely rights of immunity as president-do contribution limits apply? He could pour his fortune into these races because it benefits his executive powers. Right?

He is including presidential pardons, and claiming without evidence. Juts a kingly decree.
I’m okay with this. His democratic successor can do the same. I think pardons are great, but if this nullifies them, I’m good. They need constitutional reform, which is unlikely. This? A solution. Maybe?
