This is stunning. Listen to this in Philadelphia.

Thousands singing “Hey-Oh, we won’t be silent while our friends are gunned down.”

Really listen to it.

#perimenopause #menopause advice often assumes we’re all running the same operating system.
We’re not. Different bodies. Different lives. Different outcomes.
That’s not failure, that’s diversity.

Don’t tell people how they should feel. They own their #perimenopause #menopause
What worked for you isn’t a universal truth, it’s just a sample size of one.
Support beats judgement. Always.

If #perimenopause #menopause had a filter, society chose the wrong one: washed-out, grainy, and full of stereotypes. It’s time to switch to a filter of honesty, dignity, and representation.

We can speak about #perimenopause #menopause all day, but if no one is listening, nothing shifts. Change starts when our words land, not when they echo unheard.

#perimenopause #menopause should come with a Lonely Planet guide. Instead, most get a cryptic postcard. If we truly cared about wellbeing, we’d fix the information architecture, not blame the travellers.

The problem isn’t that #perimenopause #menopause is unpredictable. Hurricanes are unpredictable too, but at least they come with warnings. Menopause? Not even a weather app.

75 years ago today, the European Convention of Human Rights, ECHR, was created. The UK played a key role in shaping it.
We should celebrate the ECHR & the vision of all who brought it to life.
We must resist regressive & cynical moves to rip us out of the convention!
