What a lovely way to wake up
From the humidity in the PNW, sometimes our clothes never fully dry. But I suppose if you can hang the clothes in the tropical sun, they would dry right quick.

Plus I would imagine they see the person they are being a dick to as also a bit anonymous. The person becomes just an avatar on a screen, even if known IRL. And everyone is sad and scared to some extent, and some people use dickishness as their outlet, maybe without knowing that's why.
