Yeah it's really sorta left me at a point of just taking breaks from social media whenever there's a live letter. I hate seeing spoilers for things I'm excited about. I wish bsky had a better tagging/ hiding system so people could just leave it as a setting.

No one in upper management would stand by her- and I'm talking about even her low level managers that are above her that are ALSO dealing with this in their own jobs. Everyone is only in it for themselves, and not for the overall growth; which you would see if someone gave a damn about the staff!

Management blames the staff. The staff are doing their damn best to keep every patient, but when you take the humanity away from the interaction, how are you supposed to do that? And who is going to stick up for you when you're doing your job to your damn best ability under these rules?

Her upper management no longer cares that the way she used to do her job might have taken longer, but made every person feel important and heard in that office room. They want her to work up more people, faster, and not give them any type of human interaction. The patients are leaving in droves.

-sick at the beginning of this year, it was her company management that tried to fire her while on disability. They lied, said she retired, and that she was never coming back. That wasn't true, and we had to open up a lawsuit just for her to return to work. Now she's back, and they want her gone.
