if you would like my recipe ☺️
special stamina omelette (screwbones style) · 1 link of your favorite sausage, sliced into oblong coins · oil, for pan-frying (i like avocado oil. but you can use anything, really) · 3 large eggs · 1 tsp milk · 1/4 cup (loose) shredded cheese (any, as long as it’s melty. i like cheddar) · 1/2 small avocado, roughly chopped · 1/2 same avocado, sliced into thin wedges · 1/2 small tomato, diced (i like roma, for its tough texture) · 1/2 same tomato, sliced into wheels · 1 small handful of greens, roughly chopped (i like spinach) · 1 small pinch of same greens, VERY FINELY chopped (for garnish) · salt & pepper · sriracha sauce chop the vegetables first! pan-fry the sausage with a dash of oil over medium heat, in a medium pan, until golden-browned on both sides. while sausage cooks, crack eggs into a bowl with milk, and beat/whisk until the color starts to lighten and the mixture is slightly frothy. remove sausage from pan and roughly chop. pour egg mixture into same pan, still hot and well-oiled, over medium heat. it will cook quickly, so be speedy with this bit! use your spatula to scrape several scrapes of the cooking egg to one side of the pan, dividing the omelette into “piled” and “flat” halves. quickly, layer the sausage, shredded cheese, chopped avocado, chopped greens, and diced tomato onto the “flat” half, with a shake of salt and pepper. with the spatula, gently fold the omelette in half, folding the “piled” half over onto the fillings. it should look like a big golden-yellow half-moon. flip the omelette over in the pan, and cook until both sides are lightly browned (it may already be done! egg cooks quickly!). transfer omelette onto a plate, along with the avocado slices and tomato wheels, and lightly season the vegetables with salt & pepper. garnish omelette with a generous zig-zag of sriracha, and sprinkle with the finely chopped greens. bon appetit! :)

If you're getting annoyed by mass-following bots and suchs, @automated-lists.bsky.social maintains some auto-updated lists of all accounts on Bsky that follow 5k+ and 10k+ accounts, and you can use those lists to block and get rid of a LOT of bot trouble.

I use this one, personally.

Which gives them economic reasons to post here first.
