My colleague @annacolivicchi.bsky.social found many areas not allowing GPs to prescribe Mounjaro yet as services not in place. We've also heard some services are running but with stricter eligibility than NICE set out for Y1. GPs what's happening in your area? www.pulsetoday.co.uk/news/clinica...

GP in many parts of England are having explain to eligible patients that tirzepatide (Mounjaro) cannot be prescribed in primary care yet.
