She/They
I know sometimes folks might not like following me because I talk about these things.

It's okay to mute or unfollow me, even if you do it for your mental health. I wish I could shut this off too, but I just can't it isn't how I'm wired.

Regardless, I understand whatever you do.

I also want to acknowledge that what is happening is a long standing issue with America, but right now we are seeing the worst of it yet.

What we did in 2003 in Iraq was horrible. What we've done to enable apartheid in 🍉 was and is horrible.

I wish I could make it stop. We are trying.

Any publication that is quoting Grok as if it is capable of thought or reasoning should have their qualification and credibility questioned.

Your hair and your glasses match and I think that is very cool

I know I can have strong feelings, and be very opinionated about tech. But this isn't about that.

I have many videos online of me speaking at conferences and photos at events. I have an online course.

I am genuinely afraid of my body being manipulated by AI to harm me. I'm afraid of it for us all.

I love this so much, what a cool site!

What rarely gets mentioned is that many execs have financial stakes in office real estate.

The resulting lack of transparency and outright manipulation has a real demotivating effect on employees, and customers alike.

Again, poor business leadership and incredibly short-term thinking.

I've heard many stories about the culture of Amazon, and how it's designed to create hostility towards colleagues.

And honestly, if you look at the pay for jobs there, it is not good enough to deal with that crap.

Big tech jobs are increasingly not appealing or interesting.

It's already well known that the reasons for this have nothing to do with ROI or revenue.

It's very much about making use of empty buildings, making execs feel in control, and the lie that more data is good.

But more data is just noise if it doesn't have purpose, again, poor business strategy.

I'm not even saying this because it's a personal issue. Sure, I don't like being tracked and monitored. It's creepy.

But even if I take out the emotional/personal aspect of that...people being in an office does not lead to an increase in revenue. We already know this.

It's poor business strategy

It's so annoying! My partner will take me on a walk and get me nice treats and it's really amazing but also it makes it impossible for me to be miserable.

Ugh just the audacity of being so amazing! I bet @thomasfuchs.at knows how that feels

I swear to god I am losing it this week, I think I'm at my limit of this crap dude
