100%. It is often wild how "small" it truly is.

Case in point: I was at a bbq on the weekend and someone said I looked familiar. Tried to determine if she knew me or my (identical twin) sister. After some detective work, we determined we briefly worked at the Market Mall Gap together almost two decades ago.

I think people don't realize we're at 1.6 million because you can't leave your house in this city without bumping into someone you know. Seriously, Calgary is the biggest small town ever.

Good column.

Overdue, and filled with conclusions a lot of people arrived at many, many months ago, but hey, credit where it's due.

River Hall is awesome. Exactly what we need more of in Calgary. Accessible, affordable, fun places for people (and dogs) of all ages to gather.
So why is it only open for 15 days a year?!

I don't like talking about the hate & abuse I received in politics. I don't need sympathy. But we do need change. And I promised to support women & girls who want to go into politics. So here is my story. We need to stop this. Now.

Don’t read the comments in this link when you’re out in public, it is a huge tear-jerker to read about the many people were so deeply impacted by someone that many hadn’t even met.

And so I will have my adventure today and then I will have a little adventure tomorrow that might be a little different."

The cruelty and unfairness of life is a sobering reminder that our time on this pale blue dot is fragile and unknown.

Live each day to the fullest. Love fiercely. Be humble. Do good.

In the end, it’s not what we did but the relationships we had.

You were loved by many.
