I agree. And Min for Comms response suggests she know nil about the telecoms industry and she does not understand the gravity of a ‘network failure’ on 000 network. Reference to ACMA is biggest slap on the wrist b/c covered by industry code not legislation. Also 000 access applies to all telcos.
