I am too slammed to go into more depth, but that's the gist of it and the important bits - the order is 83 pages long, and there is a separate 3-page judgement of the Court.

We need to see what Mark's answer to this question was on page 51!! I have searched and searched for Mark's full deposition, or at least for page 51, but so far have not been able to find it.

... which are identified as pages 48 - 50 of his deposition, talk about Trump taking rides on Jeffrey's plane, and the *last* sentence on page 50 is "Q: Were there girls on the plane?" and then...nothing. Page 51 is *not* there.

And while I haven't had a chance to review the entire thing, so far by far the most interesting is a few pages from the deposition of Mark Epstein, Jeffrey's brother. It talks about Trump, and the most interesting (and frustrating) part is this mystery: the deposition pages of Mark's deposition...

The deposition excerpts include pages from the depositions of Sarah Kellen, Larry Visoski, two Jane Does, and others, along with several depositions of Epstein himself.

(I might also add that I paid to have the document rendered searchable, as it wasn't, so that you can search it - so thank you, Notes from the Front members, for helping me cover those costs.)

"Yet it has been easy enough to pierce qualified immunity, courtesy of fixed-wing videos, hand-held videos, and witness statements. I see a lot of work ahead against ICE, but I also see plentiful opportunities to prevail."
January 15, 2026 at 11:14 PM
"Because we represent state agencies with law enforcement/correctional officer components in alleged excessive use of force claims, usually under § 1983, qualified immunity is indeed "a thing."
