Exactly, however the government needs to do something about affordability. When a qualified actuary is struggling to buy anything more than a 1 bed apartment , there is something seriously wrong. Single people should be able to buy a home. How can anyone on 30 -40k do it?

I haven’t replied to that, because quite frankly it’s an insulting and ridiculous comparison, when close member victims and survivors are still grieving and by that I mean, parents, siblings and children. You obviously do not have a clue about terrorism trauma impact.
