I don't do New Year’s resolutions, but one I want to do is drink more Champagne with friends and family. It doesn't have to be a celebration all the time but a random moment - a Saturday breakfast, a Monday blues dinner, outside watching the sunset 🌅🍾🥂

I always love going to Union Square Greenmarket in NY, especially during autumn - the produce is colourful, diverse and full of flavour. It's great to check out the varieties available and pick up a few to save some seed
