For some, cosmetic procedures are a safe and reasonable choice and I have nothing against them doing it if it makes them happy. But the current culture around it all seems incredibly unhealthy to me and people act like being concerned about it makes you non-supportive.

I keep seeing women going bigger and more extreme or jumping straight into large amounts of filler or very very large implants from the start and "doctors" all too ready to do it and sometimes even pushing it and convincing women to go bigger and farther.

I'm not anti cosmetic surgery but I don't think people should chase these kinds of trends and I don't think we should so readily encourage people to get procedures. I think that for some, perhaps too many, they are trying to physically fix something they need to mentally address.

I haven't watched the footage as extensively as most since my mental health genuinely can't handle much right now, but my understanding was he wasn't even close to being hit. So how could he have sustained any injury, let alone internal bleeding?
