I just did something like this from kenji's serious eats "easy pie crust" article, but with stella's 50% ww recipe. probably effed it up by overworking the dough (I'm not used to such low hydration) but enjoyed the results. food processor method was surprisingly tidy

eh, I think this is too reductive. there are other reasons I might prefer to have human-wrought goods (as a prosocial ancap I believe in positive-sum exchange, and would prefer that positive sum accrue to an artist rather than a corporation; or maybe I'm fixated on scarcity-driven prestige, for eg)
