For self hosting, I would wonder about liability - if it's managed by a third party, and it lets someone in, it's their fault. If you host it and it lets someone in, it's your fault?

Imho, such fines should be a large proportion of the money gained from the crime - make it so that crime doesn't pay

Seems I'm pretty good with estimates.
After a couple more spacer rows it's time to divide the body/arms.
