actually I’ve only finished one other discworld novel which is monstrous regiment and remember being surprised about how it’s Not Just Haha Comedy and also my favourite part except for Everything Else was this one paragraph wait.

I love discworld books because they’re so good and entertaining start to finish and I care about the characters a lot but I also don’t get obsessive over them like I often do with books I enjoy like I can put it away and think about Other Things without issue
