It’s not easy to put yourself together for the world while in a depressive episode. I had a relatively easy time managing myself when I lived alone and was single. I’m in a completely opposite situation. Sometimes all the energy spent in trying would seem better off spent jumping off a building

2022: “I’ll do everything to hit my financial and fitness targets this year.”
2023: “I’ll be traveling more while taking on more clients this year.”

2024: “I’ll just pray that whatever good things that come my way will distract me from my own indelible, innate sadness.”
