The look on Meghan's face 😅😍

Why would they think this would bother Meghan at all? Meghan would be more than happy and encourage any charity. They're projecting their own pettiness.

Shell egg is very porous though

The irony, huh!

It's the old British civil law called Part 36 Offer. It was initially meant to prevent lengthy and costly trials, but ended up benefiting wealthy defendant. It penalizes claimant who refused to settle

Murdoch worth billions and is one of the most powerful media mogul in the world. Harry is not exactly small fish, but his net worth differs significantly compared to Murdoch. 50 millions vs 20 billions on a rigged system is not a joke
January 22, 2025 at 7:17 PM
This happened to so many who sue the likes of Murdoch

The legal rule that means even Hugh Grant can’t afford to take his case to trial
The civil procedure rules on settlement are preventing true access to justice.

UK civil law penalizes parties who refuse to settle. Even if the claimant wins the case, if the amount awarded by the judge is even a penny less than the settlement offer made by wealthy defendant like Murdoch, the claimant becomes liable to pay both sides' legal costs.
January 22, 2025 at 6:59 PM
So many claimants ended up settled because of this. Siena Miller in 2011 and Hugh Grant recently
January 22, 2025 at 6:46 PM
I take pleasure knowing that part of the settlement can be used to fight the fail
January 22, 2025 at 6:38 PM
It's not that simple. Harry is not just against Murdoch, he's against the system that has been rigged to favour billionaires.
January 22, 2025 at 6:32 PM
1. Murdoch won't go bankrupt even if Harry won. In fact, chances are Harry would go bankrupt even if he won.

2. Harry's winning alone won't fix the system. It's also not his job to fix the system. The trial dossier has been passed to the authority, so it's up to them to start fixing the system
January 22, 2025 at 6:29 PM
The system is rigged that even if Harry won, he can be liable to pay for BOTH sides legal cost. This is why many have been forced to settled. Harry did his part, a dossier has been passed and it's up to the police to step up

Get over it. Harry will never pick you
January 22, 2025 at 5:38 PM
If the settlement amount is even a cent higher than the awarded judgment, Harry wpuld have to pay for BOTH sides costs. The system is rigged
January 22, 2025 at 5:34 PM
I read it was 8 figure settlement. It is satisfying because we know the money will be used to fight the daily fail, another trash media
January 22, 2025 at 5:30 PM
There is no accountability because the system is rigged for the likes of Murdoch, not because Harry and others preferred money
January 22, 2025 at 5:26 PM
The system is rigged, Harry did his best under this circumstances. If he goes to full trial, and the judgment amount is less than the settlement offered, he would have to pay legal cost for both sides even though he won
January 22, 2025 at 5:21 PM
The system is rigged so that Harry and others in the same place have to settle.

Essentially, Harry and Tom Watson are so hellbent on having their day in court that they are taking on an enormous financial risk in a bid to get both vindication for themselves and a ruling that the Sun was involved in illegal activity, to break the idea it was just the News of the World..

TikTok, like any other social media platforms, has a wide variety of content. If you keep seeing daft videos, it's because the algorithm learned that you prefer or interact with the so-called daft content
