What if we significantly increased the cost of insurance denials?
1. Appeal every denial
2. Take every denied appeal to court in your jurisdiction
3. Require insurers to hire only local UM people for appeals
4. Pass law to limit AI denials
5. Require DOI to monitor deny rates
