Phase 1 Clone Captain Rex

Gave him a black wash, added paint chip to the blue, and made sure certain iconic weathering details matched up with the animated character in TCW!

Also added some necessary details for live action style clones.

I'm doing revisions for Dreadnought 3. Compared to drafting, where adding words is the mark of progress, here I measure myself by cuts. Tonight was productive, -450 words.
