Went to get "5 golden rings" from KK for the parts of my little family who live in a different house from me. Ordered half dozen. They said, "We're just going to give you a dozen." This kind of stuff always happens when I leave my house dressed HEAD TO TOE in my pastel rainbow sweatsuit. 🌈

I stopped at 6 business establishments for errands today, and could have gotten carrot cake at 2 or three of those stops but only NOW at 9pm, I suddenly have a need for carrot cake.

I can't tell you how freeing it is to have an emotional support celery that I replace when it gets wilty and don't berate myself when I don't finish it. Ideally, yes, I would finish the entire celery but I Ieave very little food waste overall and it's worth my sanity to buy a new one for $2

We are all children cosplaying as adults. We may have more understanding but our emotions are pretty much the same. It helps me have compassion for myself & others to remember that when we're angry, hurt, grieving, or frightened, our youngest parts need to be safe, acknowledged, and considered.
