I am talking about legal arguments, not my normative views. Respectfully, the argument that the 14A fails to overturn Dred Scott (as a legal matter) is so frivolous that engaging it seriously shows a fundamental lack of critical capacity, akin to a geologist taking flat-earthism seriously.
