As an autistic person who struggles with even the concept of empathy I already don’t believe that having/not having it makes you a Good™️ or Bad™️ person but goddamn. Watching people who cling to it as proof of their superiority celebrate something so horrible really proves that, y know.

Even with insurance covering any amount of it, I’ve seen people who have gone through the same surgeon with the same insurance, they still end up paying upwards of $7000. I’m better off saving for out of pocket at this point.

Thus more or less forced outside of it. It doesn’t actually matter if you want it or not, even being within the binary is treated as something to withhold from us.

Referring to myself as a Binary Trans Man is just the quickest and easiest way to assert my gender to me is nothing other than Some Guy. But it doesn’t change the fact I’m seen by others as a failed woman who will never be a “real man”, not able to fit into either side of the binary
