I did consider re-doing the logos from scratch to have it say “Street Fighter II Movie” (the Japanese title) but that’s too much work for something so silly. Also, wouldn’t make sense since Alpha clips are in it and they stand out. Overall, not the worst way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Yeah, those are heartbreakers, but I do think we’ll get another DOA soon-ish (as far as “soon-ish” means for current day game development). Soul Calibur is dead for another decade at this rate.

So this upcoming year, keeping the same goals just doing them better. And I'm gonna add trying not to stress out as much, which seems difficult for literally everyone these days.

So, I'm going to keep that concept in my back pocket for now and do something much less ambitious in 2026 that I think will be much more attainable and build my way up to a different cosplay photobook concept this year and hopefully do the original concept a little bit down the road.

Bluntly, I failed. This was too ambitious, my concept had too many moving parts, it was not going to get off the ground with no reputation as a photographer, which I built up at least a little bit. I got too enamored with film it began to get too costly.

I say technically because I wanted the full amount in my HYSA, but it's split between my bank's savings (for emergency access) and my HYSA. Adding both those accounts together and I did actually surpass that goal. I'd like a bit more in my HYSA though, but I'm still going to count this as a win.
