Fencing drills in 5/4 time with Brubeck’s Take Five. Being able to slip into a different tempo can really throw off your opponent, and 5/4 time has a good two moves, pause, two moves cadence that works well for feints.

Looks like the Snow Geese have arrived. Last year we first saw them on Jan 15th, so a bit later this year. I grew up just 30 miles from here and had never heard of them. In a week or two there will be tens of thousands of them, if not more. Berks Co, PA
