I've been thinking about learning lettering as a way to both get my foot in the door within the industry as well as to have an actual job while I'm still years away from knowing enough Japanese to be a translator, but I feel like being a letterer requires a certain artist eye that I severely lack

A very late update but I’m a month in in my University’s Japanese course. It’s tough and it’s only gonna harder from here but it really rewarding

When I started watching Macross a few months ago I wasn’t expecting it to end up as one of my favorite media franchises. I still have 10 episodes left in Delta and its movies but I’m loving it so far.
