I think this build could be improved in a lot of spaces, and generally I think the next Joe I build would be a fight-leaning Flex that just gets clues with the Hunch Deck and the 4-5 book. 8/10 would play again but adapt.

The "Night"-Map of the Vale could even have been incredibly cool setting, but the design team was onto nothing when building this one. It's really a stain on an otherwise enormously good campaign.

it's another 7.5/10 deck, i will play this again but would change some stuff about it. for norman, in particular, i'm thinking about the fact that he gets research librarian. that card finds him the atlas and and allows you to play a tome toolbox. sounds rad. i might be onto nothing though.

i don't have super much to say about this. it's a very straight forward deck. pretty much exactly what you'd expect to see out of a normal. it's a fun deck because norman is so unique, he uses the atlas differently than anyone else, he uses foresight different than anyone else, he's just way cool.

overall the deck is just barely mythos resilient enough to have its soak and heal carry it through, but i had multiple games where i only lived because i had amy kenseler from the campaign, so i'd be worried in how it looks in a harder campaign. overall a 7.5/10 of a deck, would play again but adapt

it fights very well, but it's not a main fighter, it's definetely a flex. you'll run into hands where you don't solo fight for 2p, but that's fine, play it with a second flex. not including strong-armed was a mistake. i think you want a second girish instead of the charisma.

i'd be highly surprised if we didn't see that back somewhere. it's an incredibly fun and clever way to do scalable randomness. when i think about it, i think that even arkham itself could easily experiment more with what a chaos bag does.
