Sometimes a well-placed piece of jargon gets you further than a whole page of 'kid-friendly' copy)

True. The real work is rarely linear. And you’re right: partners who stay in the mud with you are often the strongest signal that you’re solving something real.

Le Bon is spot on. A crowd can create a wave even when there’s nothing underneath it.

Absolutely. But here it is not planning vs doing. It is doing while everything around you keeps changing.

I’d add one more point: getting in front of potential customers before you even have a product is a huge advantage. Not required, of course, but the rule holds up: people buy from people they already know.

GPT-5 was giving me a hard time. It just would not follow my prompts the way it used to before the update. Now I’m testing 5.1, and it seems better so far… but it’s still too early to tell🤞.

Thanks☺️.

👍The early customers who walk with you through the Valley of Death are the ones who help you survive it.

I completely agree. These companies need more visibility. It’s great to see your interest in supporting the seedstrapping model.

It’s not about the warnings. I know the time 🙂. The problem is when it’s hard to wrap up because the other person keeps asking questions. With auto-end it’s clear: boom and meeting’s over, and they know it’s not me dodging their questions.

Most marketing opportunities boil down to simple courage. As someone once said: "Ask for what you want. Worst case - you get rejected. But often you might just get that great evening you're hoping for".

Lol, sometimes it really feels that way😂

True, pricing creates some constraints, but there's no out-of-box solution. Awkward when clients are mid-flow with great questions and I've got another call in 5min. Either interrupt or mess up my schedule. A simple 'end at scheduled time' button would solve this.

Feels like showing up online is the same as showing up at the gym: nobody claps for your first rep, but if you keep coming back, the results start to show.

I met my biggest client ever at a training on Japanese management style. With their help, I built one of the largest companies in the industry. You never know where you’ll meet your best client - so keep showing up.
