Epic Systems is "privately held", not private equity per se (main difference being longer tenure, cuz look at the list of international "experiences" with this management style.)

Point is, the system is accountable to shareholders, not you or the public interest.

"Privately held" = not publicly traded, or subject to quarterly reports. Everything on the web page you sent = PE mgmt

Epic Systems was privately held until May 2025 when it was sold to Vinci Energies, which is publicly traded.
