I wouldn‘t want to be an editor and decide what game deserves a feature. Very unforgiving position to be in and lots of dissapointed devs on the other end.

There was a time in the early app store where you were really exited for the weekly new games. Like one day of the week where everyone knew there will be cool new stuff. It’s sad how that got replace with daily and mostly algorithmic recommendations. But then again it‘s hard to keep it that way.
