This one reminds me that gender changes on birth certs are also likely to be axed except within the first year from birth where a medical condition exists.

H. 3537 gives personhood to all stages of fertilized eggs, the state can charge homicide and punish with the death penalty, where abortion or other harms to fertilized eggs are claimed to happen.
H. 4760 targets abortion meds, misclassifying it as dangerous substance making charges felonies.
