One of the worst feelings in the world must be seeing you child suffering and not having any power to fix it.

Thinking about a conversation from around 10 years ago. A friend was trying to get me to watch Sense8. I was very dismissive. Another way I stole a decade away from myself. Sometimes you keep yourself from happiness because you trick yourself into thinking surviving and staying alive is living.
