I was in Birmingham that night, with my then boyfriend and mother watching Spike Milligan at the theatre. When the bomb went off Spike said ‘oh, thunder’ in one of his silly voices, but of course when we got outside after the show and my dad was there to pick us up we found out it wasn’t thunder…
Remembering the victims of The Birmingham Pub Bombings and their loved ones @Justice4the21 along with those who were wrongfully accused of that despicable crime committed on this day 50 years ago. Wishing my dear friends Peace, Truth and Justice now and always. #StrongerTogether

Not quite sure how this is going to work yet but rather than raging against the machine (which doesn’t seem to be having any effect!) think I’ll kick off with some of my artwork. This one’s called Scorched Earth. I’m exhibiting at Ironbridge Fine Arts in December and this will be there
