Emotional frustration isn’t just a block—it’s a signpost. When words fail, I sketch: physics problems, story plots, even my own tangled thoughts.

Three. Emotional Frustration as a Cognitive Barrier: Strategy for Fostering Resilience in Physics Education and… Life
Finding Your Way Through the Unknown

Solving a physics problem—whether it’s a calculation, a qualitative question, or an experiment—is about modeling the world through a specific example. It’s a mental process of constructing a chain of events linked by cause and effect, a way to simulate reality in our minds.

40 articles (including thesis and conference proceedings). 7 of them in Scopus; 8 in WoS. Not so bad, I think.

I also want to try to publish in popular science magazines.

. . .
Not mentioning my two blogs…

Cognitive barriers are the obstacles on your path to knowledge—knowledge about the world, the universe, and, most importantly, yourself. They shape how you perceive reality, how you ask questions, and how you search for answers.

I’m grateful to AI not just for making it easier to write formal papers, but also for helping me create all kinds of metaphorical cards—something that has truly simplified the process of self-discovery.

Life without Instagram and YouTube feels... empty. Not because I’m addicted to social media, but because it’s like being cut off from the world—from the people, ideas, and moments where love and connection live.

A month after leg surgery, I’ve started revisiting Jean Piaget’s theory. I’m also reading Alexander Luria’s ‘Lectures on General Psychology’. Another task is to find authors on cognitive psychology, specifically focusing on children aged 14–18.

The teacher is always right.
That’s the unspoken rule in too many classrooms. But what if it’s dead wrong?

Spoiler: Mistakes aren’t failures. They’re the raw material of learning.

I’ve installed Tandem and HelloTalk, and they remind me of Tinder. Messaged 20 people, got one reply, chatted for two days, and then discovered they were xenophobic.

New round.

I need about six months to recover from my broken leg—if I don’t end up needing a second surgery.

The only silver lining? I’ll be able to swim in the pool with almost no restrictions. But I was just starting to get serious about fitness and an active lifestyle... and then this happened.

Day 14 post-surgery: easing back into research. Today, I’m reviewing the literature on the electrical properties of thin bismuth films. Slow but steady progress!

Well, I broke my leg 7 days ago, so I've been stuck online for a while. Feel free to DM me about anything.

Omg. Tomorrow, a 4-day work trip to Uzbekistan will begin.

My mission is simple. One speech about computer modelling and #teaching school #physics; one master-class for participants of a conference; one way to survive.

Are social media always about counting followers?.. It's really strange.

Similar — The success of a teacher's work is measured by the success of their students.

unfair 😕

I really love my city, I do. But it takes my soul, my heart… my everything. It’s not as toxic as big Moscow, not as calm as Moscow inside the Boulevard Ring, and not as sunny, funny, and lovely as Sochi in the 2000s. My city… it swallows you whole.
