This Reddit thread is a couple years old now, though I suspect not much has changed. Some examples in the thread come from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, which gets names wrong.

Also a good example of how AI captions don't identify 2 speakers on screen at once l. Looks like 1 speaker!
