It's a tragic day when the audiobooks that actually really help the very insomniac me fall asleep are due to be returned on Libby and I can't renew them 😭

Mythos read by Stephen Fry and the Hobbit by Andy Serkis, the best I can do is put you on hold again and try to fall asleep on my own for now 😣

Thought I'd follow this up with another cozy fall recipe I added to my list last week, used pie pumpkins and a whole squash to make creamy pumpkin and butternut squash soup for Halloween day!
We had a bonfire outside while passing out candy, and the mugs of hot soup with bread were perfect! 😄

Made cheesy onion and potato pie for my fiance and I, with pie dough made from scratch

So happy with how it (and the pie crust!) turned out, my fiance asked me to make it for Thanksgiving 🥔🧀🥧

My fiance and I spent this evening carving pumpkins, which I haven't done since I was little, it was plenty fun to do again and I'm so happy with my result!
