I beg of you, people, please don't just send links to folks without explanations or descriptions, and expect them to read or watch whatever it is without more information. Sure, it's possible that they will love whatever it is -- but maybe they will hate it, or be upset by it.

So Google maps didn't have the little private road that connects the end of the road to our driveway, so @TheRealPomax and I had to add it. I can only hope that Apple will add it to their maps at some point. Hopefully then there will be no excuse that delivery drivers can use to claim our

So love wobbegongs. Everything is good about the wobbegong. Its name. Its flattened Oscar the Grouch face. Its frondy bits. Its lazy life as a hungry rug. And it’s a shark. Outstanding animal 10/10
The Tasselled Wobbegong is a master of disguise that can eat a fish almost as big as itself in one gulp. It's classified as a shark, but when it lays on the sea floor it looks like a harmless rug if you manage to see it. But with powerful jaws and sharp teeth they are no fish to mess with.

Metro Vancouver's vacancy rate for private apartments eclipsed 3% this year, the highest it's been in more than 35 years.

The data comes from the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation's annual report, which is the gold standard for rental data in the country.

This isn't one animal. It's actually a colony of individual animals called zooids. Each has a specialized role. From the orb-like swimming nectophores to the bright orange stinging tentacles, they're essential to the survival of all.

Today is a big day as we welcome Ruby—the first southern sea otter in our care. ✨🦦
