i hate this feature so much, you can't even deactivate it across all videos on the user's end, you have to individually turn it off in whatever video you get. i use yt in 3 languages (not counting things like korean mukbangs). yt is getting shittier by the minute istg

Please remember to go into your YouTube settings and disable automatic dubbing! I use captions for accessibility plus no one asked for this. There was backlash then and now because it’s a garbage genAI feature that replicates your voice in other languages. Tutorial below ⬇️
